MMM mm Meatloaf
from Sarah Fragoso’s Everyday Paleo
- 1 diced Red Onion
- 2 lbs of Grass Fed Ground Beef
- 1 cup Almond Meal
- 2 Eggs
- 1 can Tomato Paste
- 1 tbsp crushed Garlic
- 1/2 tbsp Sea Salt
- 2 tbsp dried Basil
- 1 tsp Marjoram
- Cracked Black Pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients by hand in a large mixing bowl.
- Place meat mixture into a large glass baking pan and form into a loaf.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until meat is no longer pink in the middle.
Let sit for 30-60 minutes before consuming.

Love the added carrots too!!
I’m making meatballs this week and it calls for Almond Meal (like in this recipe) — went to the store today to see if there were any allternatives … no luck. Any suggestions?? With Judes nut allergy, we can’t do the Almond Meal — it has a thicker texture …. wonder what I could use??
